yeah, must be a typo

not kept a close eye on it but that's the 3rd goal of preseason that i've heard about now for beckford..

they seem a bit short on strikers atm also, he could be nearer to the starting XI, come the start of the season, than i initially thought

he had a decent 1st season in the prem with reading and is still living off the back of that.. was shite for them second season and hasn't got a game anywhere since.

martin o neill has a habit of buying those sort of players, he can't sell that sidwell or reo-coker but sooner or later some mug will take them both.

there's worse players than nigel mediocre and sidwell (in particular) in the premiership but if i were a premiership manager i would look at them and think i wouldn't want either of them near my team, they are just happy to pick up their wages rather than put the effort in.. mediocre and sidwell both looked pretty good at one stage so they should still be doing it..

as for shorey, i think he's terrible.. i actually believe he probably wouldn't even be good enough for us in the championship.
