Watching that documentary from last night on QPR, Warnock changed that place after joining in March!
Extremely confident now for next season

Agreed, Ive just watched the whole thing, done very well. Warnock did brilliantly to cope with all the pressures but that cunt Flavio taking a back seat no doubt helped.

A post from somebody at the evening with Warnock tonight
The chat with Mr W was in two parts - the first was led by Bryn Law who got him talking about his playing career and earlier management career which was lightly entertaining. Lots of banter about how much he loved stuffing it to us as an opposition manager, and he also answered some challenging questions about his past career - the so called battle of brammal lane where the blunts finished with seven players even coming up and being relatively well answered.
Searching questions about backing by the chairman in financial terms was mentioned and he wanted to bring in two players today but now hopes to bring them in during the close season. Aiming at four at the moment, three of whom will have a transfer fee in the £500k-£750k price range (each).
He is seeing agents for four players in one day next week, Snoddy, White, Clayton and someone else, and he is looking to build a team around a spine of players. He rates Snodgrass very highly, he wants to keep some players, and there are others he will allow to leave - or sell, but he has set his stall out with KB that he needs to be backed and that he is not prepared to waste his time. He demonstrated this with Wolves when he was interviewed by them, he wanted them to let him know the following day if they were interested in him or he was off to Leeds. The following day they rang him and wanted him to come for another interview. He said no and came here.
He has watched games here in the past - mentioned a game when Brian Deane played a blinder (might have been that four goals he got against QPR?) and how the atmosphere was intoxicating. He recognises this is the biggest club he has been at and he is taking the challenge seriously.
He talked about KB's longer term plans and he says that he can see what KB is doing, but has made the point that the thing that is missing is the team on the pitch and he has an understanding with KB and Harvey that without the resources to do the job he will not waste his time.
There was no censorship of questions, anyone could ask one and I guess that the questions were asked in a genuine fashion and the answers given were genuine.

Warnock is a breath of fresh air and as the Q and A suggests is not afraid to stand up to Bates
