This is the sort of deal I see happening, more so with them signing that Taiwo on loan till end of season in January too. Don't think Fitz Hall has featured hardly either, he was good last year for them - Minus his game v us.

Would be good just for this season imo but at 33 do we really want to be signing players at this age if we go up.

If we're gonna sign the likes of Derry and Hill in the summer i'd like to think we would sign them on one year deals with the pull of Leeds United and Warnock being enough.

How many times have we been told there is a player coming in before the weekend, only for it not to happen?

Whether or not it happens this time will be a good indication of how much has really changed.

When grayson was here and he says we would sign a player before a saturday game and he didn't it was oh what a cunt wanker bates yes man but when warnock says the same its oh lets give him until monday

Speaking on Yorkshire Radio, Warnock said "We are trying to get one or two players in. We tried all last week, Gwyn Williams and myself and the chairman is supporting us and we will continue to try and do that.

"We are looking at better players. If we can bring good players in, then we will go for it"

Warnock has been strongly linked with Leicester City defender Matt Mills over the weekend, with him currently not part of their squad after a reported fall out with Nigel Pearson.

Leeds have also been linked with striker Danny Webber as well as a number of his former players at Queens Park Rangers including Clint Hill, Peter Ramage and Shaun Derry.

Webber has been training with Leeds this week apparently.
Warnock said last night on YR that he expects TWO IN early this coming week... (Webber & Mills I guess?)
