Would people be happy if Derry or Hulse returned? & If he signed Montgomery?

Whatever Warnock does for the next few weeks will be hailed as the greatest managerial decision ever made.

People crediting him for the half time team talk, for changing the game round, when he took one before hand too

He looked the part yesterday at ER, the whole place got a lift with his appointment, best manager we have had since the prem IMO.

3pts off the playoffs we will make them I'm sure. Warnock is a winner.

3 pts off 6th, but most if not all teams above us have games in hand ? so should read it as at least 6.

No he didn't he introduced himself to them before the game but at half time went to " sort the mess out " and orchestrated the change in tactics!

Ahhh, so that's why we was still second best in the second half too. Why we still went 1 down in that half too. Yesterday we got lucky, I'm no big fan of Grayson, but if it was him in charge people would be saying that and not what is been said now.

Also, I doubt he would of just introduced himself, he'd of said more than that.

You're speculating, you have no idea what was said at any time.

So before the game he just went in the dressing room and would of simply spoke about himself? I don't think so, he'd of tried firing them up for it, told them we still have enough time to get the playoffs and today is must win etc..

Grayson would never have moved Snoddy in to the hole though would he? He made a difference and that was just a start I think we are just going to get better in the next few weeks!

Grayson's gone. We've got Warnock now. Love him or loathe him we are stuck with him so get behind him and at least give him a chance.

Grayson played him there a few times, though I don't think he would of moved him in to it no. Wouldn't say anyone made a big difference, even when we got one back they were still the side making more chances.

Basically what I'm saying is: Leeds grind out win under Grayson = Lucky; Leeds grind out win under Warnock - Tactical genius.

Christ almighty noone is saying its solely down to Warnock but he made some telling tactical changes in that second half that help the performance and result! He noticed problems we've been praying for Grayson to notice all season!

Simple facts, we were losing 2-0 .....in the past Redders has taken off McCormack or made stupid subs, yesterday we brought on Brown to shore up the midfield and steady the younger lads, he gave a run out to Robbie Rodgers and Forrsell, and we seemed to play alot better after the break

The Warnock effect, he had some input in tactics I'm sure.

Only thing Grayson was grinding was the Leeds staff.

He was a fucking complete joke of a manager, no passion and fucking spineless.

Anyone else notice someone in our dugout on the phone second half? Possible instructions from Warnock?

Very few managers celebrate goals like he did for us.

We brought Brown on Tuesday and people grunted at it and wasn't happy. But this weekend it pays off and is a tactically good decision. This is just what I mean, hypocritical.

Grayson changed games round for us many a times, against better teams too. Remember Burnley away last season and this for a start.

I'm happy we won and got the 3 points obviously, as everyone is. But to put it down to Warnock going down at half time and "giving them a kick up there arses" isn't the reason why.
