Its getting around the whole IP side of things that would cause you problems, I imagine as well it technically constitutes fraud if you got caught.

IP address is irrelevant as they are all allocated on an adhoc basis by the ISP as there are not enough available to have one each ?

If you make 200 then you dont have to withdraw, you could keep betting but you are STILL gambling so its gone in a flash if you fuck up.

There is no such thing as "free money" that is one thing I am %100 certain of. There is always a catch somewhere along the lines and would be very careful giving my banking details to that site.
